Binge Eating

I have been binge eating a lot over the past few days, for no real reason at all.  I'm not bored, nor am I mad, angry or sad.  I just feel hungrier than usual & I've been giving in (way too much) to my cravings.
While it's true that I've lost a lot of weight thus far, I'm in NO position to be cocky about how I eat now.  If anything I need to be more careful & cautious that I don't slip back into my old ways again.  I've worked too hard to go backwards.
So starting tomorrow I am going to really get back into my healthy eating habits again.  More fruits, more veggies, a lot less junk.  No chips, ice cream, candy or baked goods.  I've had my fill for the past week or so.  I went on a little food vacation is all.
Back to reality on the morning!
