Kyle Builds 'Atlantis' Out Of.....

...750 LEGO'S!  Yep.  He did.  He built 'Atlantis' out of Lego's.  He started this "project" at 9:15a and, with the exception of being *forced* to join us for lunch, he worked straight through the day and snapped the last piece into place at 5:30p!  Over 8 hours of complete focus, concentration and determination.  Boy is he proud of himself (and we're very proud of him, too!!)!!

The fact that Kyle, at 7 1/2 yrs of age, had the patience and skills to put together such a huge, complicated Lego set is really something special.

He built a whole "command control center" which can turn into a battleship as well..

He was so unbelievably quiet all day -- he just sat on the floor of his room and slowly but surely created one of his biggest Lego projects ever!

Next up?  Well, Mike and Joan got him a Lego Construction Set as well as a Lego Police Set for Christmas...so something tells me he'll be lost in the Wonderful World Of Lego's for quite a while longer..!
