My Goal (part 2)

Dear Kyle & Isabella,
I challenged myself to lose 10 lbs in 1 month -- and I did it!!! While I admit that I'm still not eating as healthy as I could be, or eating better portions, I AM doing a better job overall at snacking less & making better food choices. Sometimes I'm not as strict as I should be, but again, overall I think I'm making good progress.
6 out of 7 days I exercise for 20 minutes on the Elliptical machine in our basement. I weigh myself once a week.
Today marked exactly 4 weeks since I started my challenge - I was SO thrilled when I stepped on the scale. I'm down by 10 pounds. Exactly 10 lbs, too!
My newest challenge is to not only lose an additional 10 lbs in 1 month, but also to increase my exercising from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
My self-motivation is higher than ever these days. Family & friends are supporting me, which helps too. I notice how much healthier & energetic I feel now. I no longer feel sluggish or run down. It's great! But it's also A LOT of hard work to lose weight!! However I'm determined to slim down & get into better shape..
