Fantasy Land/Winter Wonderland!

On Saturday I decided to take Kyle to Fantasy Land, an indoor amusement park for little kids. It was a great way to spend the afternoon...especially since Jim had to work all day! Kyle had so much fun!
Here's Kyle getting ready to climb a huge ladder which leads to a long, long slide. Attached to this structure are all sorts of obstacles that the kids have to climb over, under and through. It didn't take Kyle long to work his way to the slide! He moved so fast that I couldn't even get pictures!

Kyle proved to me that he has no fear of heights! He jumped right into the spaceship and proceeded to ride it high up into the air - a little nerve wracking for me...

But clearly he wasn't worried!!! Look at that smile!

Of course he had a great time riding the trucks..

He was rather animatd while riding on the train. He kept pretending to blow a horn!

We arrived at Fantasy Land pretty early, so Kyle ended up having the place pretty much to himself which was great - no lines or waiting!

On Sunday we played out in the snow. Here's Kyle making a snow angel..

Jim spent the better portion of the afternoon building this "snow fort" for Kyle..

It came out great...!

But it was way too clausterphobic in there for me...

Kyle LOVED it though!!

Even though Jim made an entrance AND an exit I was still not going to climb in there..so I sent Jim in to take this picture!! I must admit that I was a little worried that the roof would cave in..!

In this photo, Kyle was having so much fun in his snow fort that he didn't want to come out, despite the fact that he was really cold. He asked Jim if he could build him a fireplace in the snow fort! Hahahaha!!
