Potty Training. Again.

We had Isabella almost fully potty trained shortly before Savannah arrived.  Almost, but not quite.  Unfortunately, after Savannah was born, she regressed.  Everyone said she would.  Everyone was right.  But if the truth be told, she regressed through no fault of her own.  I kind of gave up on potty training her, finding it easier to just stick her in a diaper versus taking her to the potty every 20 minutes 'round the clock.  Not to mention the small fact that Savannah was an incredibly 'high maintenance' baby who cried 'round the clock for the first few months of her life!  Now I'm not saying that I gave up potty training her completely, but I definitely wasn't nearly as persistent or consistent as I was prior to the baby's arrival.
So, here we are.  Isabella is 2 1/2 yrs old & starting from scratch in the potty training department!  And, as expected, she is not being very cooperative AT ALL.  There are too many other important things for her to be doing afterall....such as:
Doing Puzzles With Daddy
Tea Parties With Babies
Playing With Farm Animals & Little People Houses
Re-Potty Training Bella is going to be one of my biggest challenges yet.  She's stubborn, strong willed & free spirited.  If her pants are wet she's the last one to care.  If she's sitting in a puddle she's the last one to care.  She excited to get 1 (and yes, I do mean JUST 1!!) M&M for every time she successfully uses the potty but if she goes in her pants & doesn't get that M&M she's fine with that too.  I *officially* started "re-potty training" her yesterday, and I've since had to do 4 (extra) loads of laundry.  This morning she peed in her pants every 10 minutes.  Literally.  Every-10-minutes!  Frustrating! The rule is that I keep changing her until it's time for her nap - then she goes into a diaper, I do some laundry & after nap we start all over again.  It's seriously exhausting, overwhelming, frustrating & REALLY makes my patience wear thin - but hopefully it won't take too long.  She's a very bright girl & there's no doubt that she doesn't already understand the whole concept behind potty training.  She just has to make up her mind to do it.  Her motivation is M&M's and, when the day comes and I deem her to be "fully" potty trained, I have all intentions of taking her to the toy store for a little special surprise.  She doesn't know this, though.
What's my motivation?  About $70 extra in our bank account each month!  Do you know what I could do with an extra $70?  Manicures!  Pedicures!  Hair Salons!  New Clothes!  Endless possibilities!  Oh, really.  Who am I kidding?  $70 extra means $70 go into our savings account.  We want to go to Disney someday!!
