Happy Valentines Day, Kyle & Isabella!!

We had SO much fun celebrating Valentines Day this year! Kyle, you had a blast at your Valentines Day Kindergarten Party -- you told us how much you loved eating the pizza & candy hearts at school! You got to make a paper hat, which came out great! This party also marked the 100th day of school - you had to bring in 100 of something. The teacher sent home a list of suggestions, such as 100 pennies, 100 paper clips etc. You decided to bring in...100 matchbox cars!! You spent over an hour counting by 5's until you reached 100. Some may think it's amazing that you own that many matchbox cars -- I wonder if they know that 100 cars barely put a dent in your collection? I bet you have closer to 500 cars!! Maybe even more..! Your friends, teacher & some of your friends parents who helped out in the class thought your 100 collection was quite creative & everyone had fun looking through your big bag of cars. Anyways, you received TONS of cards & candy from your friends. Here's a photo of you going through your goodie bag:



On Valentines Day Morning I gave you a Valentines Card, a plush stuffed puppy & a box of chocolates. You love dog & cat stuffed animals. Here's a picture of you giving your new puppy some lovin':

Kyle, you really wanted me to take a picture of Bella's new plush puppy & yours! Bella was more interested in playing with her toy keys :)

Later that morning Nana came over for breakfast! Shortly after she arrived you got into your Star Wars gear & decided to "fight" the bad guy (a.k.a. Nana)..

Sometimes I wonder how you can even see out of your mask but somehow you've mastered it!

I cooked a big Valentines Day Breakfast - sausages, bacon, eggs, pancakes & raisin bread. It was deeeelicious!! Kyle, you ate a TON of food!! You especially loved the bacon!

Bella, you enjoyed watching everyone eat! Next year you'll be able to eat this stuff too!

Nana enjoyed breakfast & spending time with you two monkeys, too!
